      Our “walk-in” OPEN PLAY hours are open to the public for a general admission fee per child to play, with same day re-entry allowed. We have plenty for even very young babies to do, even if they’re not yet crawling! Visit the photos in our gallery to see all there is to do! Memberships allow unlimited visits during OPEN PLAY.

      “Walk-in” OPEN PLAY - $11 plus tax per child, for all children 6 months thru age eight (8). Adults are always free during OPEN PLAY! Each daily pass includes re-entry for the entire day.

      Yes, once you purchase a DAILY PASS, you can stay and play as long as you like, during OPEN PLAY hours. ALSO INCLUDED is same day re-entry, because we understand that many little ones can only enjoy play in shorter intervals.

      We are a SOCK ONLY FACILITY. CHILDREN are required to wear SOCKS (GRIP socks are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED). No shoes, no bare feet! ADULTS - socks or shoe covers are required (grips not needed). If you forget your socks, don't worry! We have socks to purchase and keep, for adults and children. We also have shoe covers for purchase should you prefer to leave your shoes on (boots and heels not allowed).

      Snacks and lunches are always welcome (please keep all foods at the tables). We understand how much snacking little ones do. Although, we do NOT allow any celebratory foods during open play (cake, cupcakes, etc.). We also have concession type snacks available for purchase.

      We charge admission for children up to age 8. Older children are allowed to come as well and “play” with their sibling/family. We reserve the right to ask anyone age 9 and over to stay off equipment that is not age appropriate.

      While we are always a parent supervised facility and instruct our employees not to get between parents, we do have protocols in place for handling rule violations. In general, our first approach is to sit back and let parent and parent handle any situations. Unless one parent has not noticed their child has gotten into an altercation with another child, then we will come get the parent to make them aware. In 90% of circumstances, this is the end of those situations. Escalation from here is when a parent would come to us asking for help in keeping another child/children/adult from interacting with their child in a negative way or if a parent complains to us that another child/children/adult is hindering their ability to enjoy our facility or if a child/children/adult is damaging our equipment. We would then again find the other parent to make them aware. If this situation happens multiple times in a day or over different days, these events are noted in our system. Once we have had at least 3 separate events in our system, our staff notifies management and then we start monitoring for when we feel a notice needs to be sent to the family. A written Notice of Violation Warning email will then be sent. If problems persist, we will then send out a Notice of Violation - 30 Day Suspension, where we would request that family take a 30 day break from our facility. 
Parties

      YES! We are the “Home of the Private Party” and every party includes the entire facility just for your event. You will never share your space with another party. 
- 
      
      Since our parties are always private and never during open play, we have limited spots each weekend and book up very quickly! We recommend booking approximately 2 months in advance to get that exact date & time you desire. 
- 
      
      All children attending (6 months thru 8 years of age) count towards the total number of children. All of our parties include up to 20 total children. An additional fee per child will be charged after you have reached your 20 child limit (includes their pair of grip socks). Unlimited Guests (ages 9 and older).

      There is no max number of guests for your party since you have the entire facility just for your party. Unless we need to start talking about building max capacity (which hasn’t ever been an issue… but never say never :), feel free to invite Aunt Sally and all the cousins!

      Yes! We are more than happy to celebrate more than one birthday child during your party for NO ADDITIONAL FEE. Just remember all children (including the birthday child/children) count towards your 20 children included in the party package.

      All party packages include all tableware (everything you need to serve food/cake): 
 -Plates
 -Napkins
 -Cups
 -Utensils
 -Cake knife
 -Pizza Cutter
 -LighterAll tableware is white.

      All parties include solid color tablecloths for our TWO 12’ cafeteria-style tables (color matched to your theme). You bring any other decorations you desire. Although, please remember standard setup time is 10 minutes. We do offer a Happy Birthday Backdrop Add-on for those party hosts that just don’t quite have a theme in mind.

      Most parties have: 
 -Banners/Backdrops attached to the bar mounted above the cake table
 -Table decor (themed tablecloths, centerpieces, cardboard cutouts, etc.)
 -Balloons (helium bouquets or garlands/arches)RULES: 
 ***Strict 10 minute setup time***
 -NOTHING can be hung/attached to our walls (we do not allow any command strips, glue dots, push pins, etc.)
 -All large decorations brought into the facility must leave with you. We cannot dispose of balloon arches/garlands or any other large items. Insurance does not allow popping of balloons inside the facility or in the parking lot.
 -There is a DISPOSAL FEE for any excessive balloons/decorations left on the premises.

      Absolutely! Guests, who have booked a party, have the option to bring in outside food for NO additional fee. Although, "HOT PLATES", CROCPOTS, OR OTHER FOOD WARMING DEVICES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Meat on-the-bone, loose candy, & saucy meatballs specifically are also NOT ALLOWED. Please note that we also offer foods and drinks that can be pre-purchased and set-up for your party. Please see our Party ADD-ONS or ask one of our staff members about your options.

      You may enter the facility up to 10min prior to your schedule party start time. Our staff will already have the room set-up for your party (tablecloths, plates, napkins, cups, utensils, water, ice for cups). If there are any specific decorations you would like us to set-up for you, you may drop these off the week of your party and our staff will set them up (decorations only please - no juices, drinks, foods, or party favors).

      We have various free invitation designs available for self-edit and instant download. You may then use your file for social sharing or printing. After booking your party, your confirmation email will include links to our party invitations, or you can click here. We also have hard-copy, fillable invitations for purchase (pick-up same day).

      Our coffee bar includes various flavors of Community Coffee with all the condiments and liquid creamers your heart desires. Paired with our Keurig, guests can simply pop in a K-Cup and have an instant cup of fresh coffee made just how they like. 
- 
      
      Our balloon drop is the most requested add-on to our parties (aside from us providing pizza). We do several balloon drops per weekend!
